Techs are great and efficient. Female vet was useless. She didn’t listen and had to repeat. Said would send copy of labs. Never did. Overcharged for medication. $166 for the same medicine that ships for free on their online store for $102. Complete rip off. They are just there to make money!! A young lady brought a cat in that had been hit on the road. Not her cat. Their most important question was if she wanted to take financial responsibility… Go somewhere else R G
