I used to bring my kiddos here. I don't know what happened, but their attitude towards my family and I changed from super friendly to super rude (we were always polite and paid on time). The dentist was okay at first, then he just became rude. The wife was rude from the very start. I should've left because of her...PERIOD (she always had a smart remark). Just received an exam and visit with Dr. Hsia, this young man ROCKS! The entire visit was a great experience. From Karen doing the initial xrays with what I know to be the latest technology. The images of my mouth were mind blowing. Then Dr. Hsia entered with professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge of my issues. I have NO regrets coming to this practice.
