Houses are very nice. I enjoyed my time living here. The only complaint I have is the guard shack…no one was ever there to let my guests in. If I ever forgot my gate card and I would give them my address, they wouldn’t let me in even with me giving them my address, name, etc. I always had to have a family member come down and rescue me . Gate was always broken even though we pay a lot for HOA fees. Hated the fact we had to load up our trash and bring it to a dump…no trash service :/
