A clean and quiet community. Great, walkable location as well.
Quiet neighborhood for those who follow the bylaws of condominium living. The walls are pretty thin, so not good for those that love playing their music/tv loud . Great for older adults. The property is nicely maintained.
This is a well managed and nicely maintained community.
The individuals working at the site office seem to be taking orders from unit owners. One of the landlord's who has been violating a county law has a case with a tenant which is completely their private issue however she somehow had a representatives from Summer Ridge testifying at the court although Summer Ridge Apartments was not filing the case. Very unprofessional.
