I love Summer she was excellent in my divorce case.. u got everythi g i wanted .. she returned my calls she was on top of everything.. due to covid-19 my divorce took forever but she always kept me in the loop explaining why it was taking so long.. she worked hard for me and didnt charge me an arm and a leg.. i have referred her to several people who are look for representation.. tjank you Mrs Preston for everything you did for me.. i am so grateful i met you.. of u ever need another attorney i will be calling her..

Summer represented me pro bono. However, they pretty much had me settle in mediation. I didn't get to say much of anything. Then we ended up with me getting a settlement. I have tried to email and call several times to see how to inforce the judgment and no return call. I know it would be additional money but since she handled the divorce you would think. I guess if your one of her charity cases it does not matter. Thing is my ex husband banks and I should have borrowed money paid more then pro bono. then I would have been represented.

Always prepared!!
This attorney was really smart. I highly recommend her and her fees are very affordable. She's always extremely prepared and returns calls. You never speak to paralegal or assistant.

Chapter 7 Discharged!!!
I used Summer for my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and it was discharged without a problem! Her fees are unmatched, but the service is even better! She made me feel so comfortable and not embarrassed. Her office is cute too with paintings of her child on the wall.

Not a good lawyer
Summer Preston doesn't defend, she just takes your money. She talked a lot about defending/winning the case. In court she didn't present evidence, call witnesses, call objection, or talk much.
My children are my life and she could care less what happens to them or me.

She's incredible!
i found that this attorney was up to date on all the current laws. In court, she challenged every decision the judge made and we actually came out ahead. She did not burn my bank account either!

Quality lawyer
She is very affordable and returned my telephone calls and emails really fast. She also made me feel very comfortable like she was 100% on my side. I wouldn't say that you get what you pay for..you get much more than what you pay for.

Affordable and Friendly
I would have to say that she is not what I was expecting from an attorney. So sweet, kind, and really works for her clients. Plus, she doesn't charge outrageous fees!
