I’ve resided here going on 2 years here soon. Today I came home to a broken A/C. I called and within the hour, Maintenance was at my front door. As they were taking me care of. I began thinking of the past few times I’ve called for an issue and how FAST it was resolved. I have Not had One issue while being here. The staff is Great and Always treats me right. I lived at Summer Place Apartments from May 2020 to June 2025, and while the maintenance crew was consistently wonderful and Ingrid in the office was always kind and helpful, my overall experience was made miserable by the office manager, Diana. From my very first interaction with her, she’s been rude, condescending, and acts like every tenant is an inconvenience. Her attitude is consistently cold, dismissive, and unprofessional.
