I’ve been here at my 1bd apartment for 2 years now on my 3rd. I have to say they are a great staff who gets the job done! Matinenence crew fixes my issues next day or within days, and I appreciate that they text me when my packages are in the office. I was recommended this place from a coworker and so happy I did. Thank you summerplace for taking care of me!
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO RENT! NOT WORTH IT! My daughter signed a lease to live here while she was attending Texas Tech. She liked that the rent was going to manageable for a 1 bedroom apartment. She was lied to from the very beginning about her deposit and it correlating with her requested move in date. The worst apartments in Lubbock the staff is full of extremely rude lying individuals that will do whatever they can to make your life harder never have I ever experienced anything like this especially how high the rent is but the repairs are awful I could add photos right now that would make people cackle if you want to pay a ridiculous amount of rent for a renters special this is the place
They are sooooo quick to evict you, and I mean like they will push to put thst eviction on your record. In tye 20 yrs I've been renting never had an eviction until now. Don't do it.
