In the last six months the condo I rent has: termites, an ant infestation, and a day ago a dead rat that was caught in a trap because we suspected its existence in the home.
I spent 22 years at summerlake condos. I bought my unit when they did a condo conversion. Every place in S. Florida will have its own faults, but the one thing I can say about Summerlake is that I never felt unsafe there. When I decided to buy a house elsewhere recently and I decided to use the same electrician, Jorge Enrique Oviedo, that I had used at Summerpake as he had come highly recommended by staff there.
