Maintenance on the spot to fix even small issues!
Living here has been great, minus the loud neighbors, which is to be expected. The only issue I have is with the Vallet Trash service. My husband and I moved in on January 11th 2025, with the promise of getting our cans at move in. At the end of January, there are no trash cans. I emailed the office, but there was no response. I went into the office in February three times and was told, "We are out of trash cans, but there is one that needs to be cleaned. We also have some on order." Okay, no problem.
