the location and service were good. the guy that helped me to my room was kind. i asked for a late check out due to flying late in the day same was given with out question. the room was tidy and felt safe leaving my things there while i explored. the others staying in the apartment where kind and respectful. the shower left something to be desired but i was upgraded to an ensuite for free.

I was there almost a week ago a I didn’t get my 100 AUD bond back for the key, there’s no email and the no one answer phone number!
Excellent stay for someone needing to be close to what Melbourne has to offer. Docklands, Vic Market, Spencer Street Train Station and much more. The bed was very comfortable. Accommodation was clean, easy to access and very-quite allowing for a great sleep. I recommend 'Summer Inn'.
