Have been going to the summer hill vet for over 10 years now since we got my first cat Marmalade & have been bringing my 2nd, Quincey, for now over 6yrs. We have booked them in for regular checkups, vaccines, use the boarding service regularly, and have been given great service every time! Couldn’t ask for a better local vet service
Don't visit they are horrific. Without question the most grossly incompetent veterinary practice I have ever attended. - Fail to have trained staff - Fail to maintain accurate medical records - Fail to provide test results - Fail to provide medical records upon request (this is a legal requirement under NSW legislation) - Some of their Vets are very clearly fresh out of Uni and have zero experience - Horrific reception staff who should likely pursue an easier profession than receptionist, however, I am not sure what is easie... read more
