As a woman I feel very comfortable training here. The staff are great and very helpful. Good people in the gym and very nice atmosphere

Awful equipment, very expensive for nothing, never clean, hot as hell in a dark, non ventilated basement. The staff all seem like kids of the owners bc if they're not on their phones their flexing and looking at themselves. The only saving grace is it's 24ht but, honestly, most gyms are all access nowadays. Unless you live next door,goll go literally anywhere else.

Convenient, Access – Perfect for Any Schedule! This gym is exactly what I needed – super easy to access. I can get a workout in anytime, whether it's early morning or late at night. The entrance system is smooth and secure, and the space is always clean and well-lit. Great range of equipment too. Highly recommend for anyone with a busy or unpredictable schedule!
