I was initially working with Chase for my home loan and only had three weeks before I was scheduled to close on the house. I got in touch with Dell and Summer to find a better rate because I was tired of dealing with Chase. I can't say enough about how smoothly the process went. Buying a first home is already quite an undertaking and very stressful, but working with Dell and Summer made it a breeze! They were very timely in their communication and highly informative.
