Honestly don't understand the problems in the previous reviews. I've had no complaints about the two units I've lived in for the past 2.5 years. Maintenance is super quick (I'm talking like the next day sometimes) and the front desk is pretty helpful. The complex itself is clean and trash is taken out twice a week maybe? I only give it one star less because the transition between old and new tenants is a little strange. My fiancé and I have lived here for a year now in a 2 bed 2 bath, and we just moved to a 2 bed and 2.5 bath. Nothing but good things to say about it despite the +5 year old reviews. Both places we’ve lived were updated and well kept. Laci is wonderful and the front desk people are always helpful. Maintenance requests are received and completed quickly and throughly.
