Messed up our appointment and our whole day, and did nothing to make it right. Very unprofessional!
Messed up our day. Sent confirmation for a 3:15 hair cut. Then sent a confirmation for the wrong time. Then couldn't find the appointment at all. Then tried to insist on the wrong time. Then said they had no availability. Very unprofessional!

I have nothing but great things to say about Summer Evans Studio. The service is great and salon is beautiful. Jessi did my haircut and color and she was amazing. Definitely recommend this salon.
