My family and I had been using this cleaners since they opened. We have spent a lot of moneys there.Two weeks ago, My husband bought two comforters in to get cleaned. Unfortunately, the cleaners shrunk one of them. It went from a Queen to less than a Full.We brought it back and the owner said he would redo in order to "unshrink" it.
