****STAY AWAY**** NOT QUIET, Overpriced, run-down units, lack-luster (on-site) maintenance staff. Incompetent leadership at all levels of the organization. Since arriving at this property: Car was vandalized (first day), AC went out for 3 days, every window in the unit leaked and all window locks were broken. Neighbor upstairs has 5 people in the unit and can be heard at all hours of the day. Upon arrival, keys were not ready, and staff looked lost.
