I had a mixed experience with Summer Chase, contracted through Lowes. I had a bathroom remodel plus installation of 2 windows. The bathroom remodel progressed very slowly, behind estimated leaving me with no shower. Some of the delay was due to poor planning and lack of attention to details. A portion of my flooring had to be redone because the contractors didn't communicate with the flooring that the sink pipes needed to be moved.
