My liner was too tight and pulled away from the steps. Only 2 years old. He hasn’t stood behind it yet.
Do not buy a jacuzzi brand product. Spent $12,000 just last year, had a part break, and have not been able to use it for over 3 months. There are much better alternatives out there. Sundance , hot springs , bull frog. One of worst purchases I’ve ever made. No jacuzzi brand ever. Learn from my mistake.
