We have been a longtime customer of this business and they have been wonderful. Recently they have had new owners or management and we have not had the same service. Recently we called to have them repair a broken pump that was installed two years ago by them that was gushing water. They said they could not come out for three weeks nor could they come to at least by pass it until they could come. We purchased a brand new pump from another pool company and everything was working.
