Stopped in here because of the very Low prices for nyc but the place is GROSS!!!. I didn’t see any tool sanitization boxes and The tools she used on me came out of a drawer.. so guessing they were not clean! and there were multiple roaches crawling around while I was getting my nails done in the middle of the day. Spend the extra $$ to go elsewhere!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! do not go here. Manicurist spent the first half of my pedicure on her phone. it should have been to watch a tutorial on mani pedi because my pedicure and manicure was absolutely horrible. the polish was not smooth and my cuticles were raggedy and rough. I had to give her a piece of my mind at how sloppy and disgusting my nails and cuticles looked. she kept apologizing and tried to fix it but she was making it worse. Absolutely awful place they rude to you everything they charge extra money. They talk to you as if you doing them a favour coming to them. They should be shut down so dirty and unhygienic wish.i didn't go

Did not like the service . Rushed the service while doing my pedicure started my manicure and got all the debris on my pants very sloppy did not take the time out to roll my jeans back down after the pedicure.. And told me I should've gave her 20% tip.

I spent two hours here and then got harassed for a tip they did not deserve. My feet were itchy in the foot tub and she had to repaint two nails. Horrible service, they didn't listen to what I needed and I don't recommend this place to anyone. Never going back to this place again, save your money !
