At Kaiser, the doctor instructs you to follow up in certain ways, you set the appointments yourself, then they do the prep work so that the appointment goes smoothly (coordinating with the lab etc). With Dr Summer, I felt my care would easily have been compromised if I had not been diligent about following up on my care and received kind help from other health professionals to get her to do her side of the follow-up. Very attentive and caring physician.
Very good doctor. Just seem a bit overworked. I got there a little early but had to wait almost 30 minutes for her. We discussed the results of my last lab results. She went over my concerns.
