We used Summer Tax when it use to be Jack O'Connor for many years. We changed to another tax preparer for 2 reasons. First is Summer is extremely expensive. Second is they want you to just drop off all your paperwork for the taxes off You don't get to sit down any discuss your tax situation or ask questions in person. They call you when your taxes are done. For the price we were paying we wanted to have a face to face meeting with the person preparing our taxes. We switched and are happy we did.
