I was absolutely blown away with my experience at Summa Mobility with Micah today! His knowledge is second to none.. I had no idea that I could be pain free after just one mini session! Thank you Micah!
I’m hooked! I have being feeling tight and heavy for a long time now and am already feeling a lot of progress after just the first session. Not only does he help with the body but the mind too. Micah is truly a specialist in what he does! He has helped me in many cases of developing better mobilization so my body feels like it's capable of going through the day, and most importantly, being able to play! I rate this experience with Summobility at a 7 out of 5. What I’ve learned from Micah is that everyday people (like myself) do not know that soft tissue/joint health requires a special kind of body treatment. Traditional approaches like chiropractors, massage, stretch, etc only do so much, what happens at Summobility is very different. I’ll call it unconventional. Okay, so my partner went to Micah at Summa Mobility (Market Street location) for a tempering session, and let's just say he's officially converted! He'd never done anything like it, but Micah was incredibly thorough and explained everything perfectly. It wasn't just about fixing the pain; it was about understanding why it was happening and how to train smarter to avoid future issues.
