I really enjoy it here. I’ve seen them cleaning often in the locker room which is a welcome change from our previous gym. The machines are updated. The locker room is nice. Towels are soft, no kids unless 15 and older, nice pool, sauna, hot tub, etc. Very friendly staff. Love the early hours of 5am for work purposes. We are very happy we switched gyms. He specializes in building strength balance and flexibility as incorporated into the golf swing. I had issues with balance and core strength due to previous injury.
