can i give a "0 Star ?" I didnt make it to the PT part of the appointment. Billy (front desk ) in not fully competent. I was scheduled then called to reschedule because someone else had that time slot. When I went for first visit, Billy gave me papers to fill out. After reviewing, i noticed the office bills as a hospital type visit. My copay was not a typical "office visit", they were a hospital visit. The charge to insurance was $1400 !! Fantastic place that is close to my home. Great people and I feel better every week.
I came here to see a guy named Dan. He is one of the few people i met that know how to do Graston and it is one of the few things that has helped me in the past other than trigger point massages. He was even considerate enough to go easy on me because I had injections the next day! I'm so excited to return.
I was a little off put at first because I was asked why i didn't work. I was told later that it is normal to be asked about work and I was the bad guy in thinking I was being asked because the person was being rude. I probably took it the wrong way because I feel so bad about not being able to work, and took it personally. I apologize for getting defensive at first. I wasn't aware that it was part of the questionnaires.
A little on edge. I came here to see Dan and he belittled me for not working... All the while my doctors want me to NOT WORK and rest and try to recover. I am afraid to return, even more afraid to complain and I have more appointments scheduled..... What do I do? If i complain and return.. and he hurts me.. it would be an "accident" and there would be no proof it wasn't because I complained.
