Dr. Clemmons is amazing. Both my daughter and myself see her. However, she has very limited availability. My 1 star and complaint is on the Summa scheduling department. They are TERRIBLE!!! They canceled my post op follow up appointment because no provider was in. I was willing to see an alternative provider and/or go to a different location but preferred to follow up with Dr. Clemons for discussion on options as my procedure did not go as planned. Stacey was so amazing. Went for a wellness and I don't like being talked to or touched but she put me at ease. My blood pressure was high from anxiety and she checked again after my visit was done to ensure I was healthy.
Just had my first baby and the staff is amazing! You do meet all the providers only because they want you to know everyone incase the on call Dr. when you deliver is not your regular provider. Everyone has been friendly and great to work with.

Disclaimer: I haven’t actually been to the office yet. Why? Well I had to wait 4-5 months for my initial appointment, but long wait times for new patients are to be expected. However, barely 24 hours before my long awaited appointment, they called to reschedule since doctor won’t be there. I have to now wait another couple months. To me, if your office asks to reschedule on their end, they should work to squeeze you in, not make you wait even longer. Who knows if they’ll do this again come my new appointment.
