I've had to go twice now, in the very early hours. Both times, the staff has been nothing but kind, caring, and courteous.
I find this a wonderful little er. Staff is super nice and do what they can to help you. Being a smaller er they do have to send you to a larger er occasionally but I’ve never had any issues. Great place and people
The nurses at the Wadsworth Rittman Emergency Department traumatized me with poor treatment in the waiting room before even beginning my care, and when I filed a grievance now they are trying to gaslight me into thinking I was experiencing some kind of psychosis in the waiting room and that's why I was treated the way I was. I have never experienced any kind of psychosis, and the information I gave to the intake nurse would not have led any medical professional to believe I was at risk for a psychotic episode. Good luck getting care. If you’re in extreme pain they just say sorry and send ya home! Why be in healthcare? Awful
Went here in January because I thought it had a possible blood clot in my leg. I had previously had one 4 yrs ago in same area. I drove myself there, walked in on my own without assistance. Long story short they checked my vitals, gave me a gown said dr would be in. Before I could even start changing he was knocking on the door, we asked him to wait a min ...... after 30+ mins we then had to go find him.
