Rude front desk workers and nurses, appointment staff is booking appointment and telling the patient either the wrong day, or they’re just putting it in the system wrong. Doctors themselves were very kind and helpful and the rooms were clean.
I had a great experience at Summa Barberton with my VBAC. The nurses were great.
Worst experience, in the beginning of 3rd trimester. Wait on the phone for 10 minutes just to be hung up on. Unprofessionalism when greeted at suit 6 by receptionist. I explained on the phone before arriving that I was going to be late due to parking and knew to site and was not helped.
Long time sitting, when it’s your turn they don’t care about you, they’ll said we’ll see next time. The best thing about this location is it’s clean.
