If you are pregnant I wouldn’t suggest using this office or Summa in general. I’m not sure if they lack providers or staff but your appointments will be rescheduled a lot and by the time you are seen you’re going to be far along in your pregnancy. My first prenatal check up they didn’t even do an ultrasound or urine test or even offer blood work for NIPT testing nothing just checked the heart beat mind you I was 14 weeks it was like a 15 minute appointment. I cannot say more good things about this practice. I absolutely love the doctors here. I’ve seen Dr. Clemons as my primary and Dr. Mong for surgery and both are beyond amazing. I can’t say more positive things about everyone. Not to get too personal, they are literally life savers! ❤️
I’ve had to reschedule so many appointments with Summa because of issues on their end. The last one I made 5 months in advance because I go to school 3 hours away and my scheduling windows are tight. The one before that was made 3 months in advance and they moved it. I needed that appointment and was willing to reschedule, but this has just left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve heard great things about the doctors, I wish I could’ve had that experience.
The worst patient care experience. The office staff is not polite or accommodating. They schedule and change appointments constantly without even asking the patient. The MA 'forgot' to check my babies heart rate. Highly do NOT recommend. I'd rather make the drive to Wadsworth to see my provider.
