Everybody I dealt with was very polite and professional. I was taken back immediately and had very little waiting time during my visit. Overall was a very good experience.
Front desk lady was extremely rude and condescending. Her name was Heather. If you are going to have that kind of job then you need to be able to treat people with kindness and a pleasant attitude. The nurses however are wonderful!
The lady at the check-in desk wasn’t very kind or welcoming—maybe she was just having a rough day. However, the male nurse was very kind and made me feel comfortable. The visit itself was quick & efficient; I was in and out in no time.
In & out in less than 2 hours. Everyone was extremely nice and professional, I got all the answers I needed and treatment as well. Highly recommend trusting these healthcare providers
I was seen tonight for possible loss of IUD strings and pain/pressure in pelvic/abdominal areas I called ahead of time to make sure that they could see me for gynecological reasonings they said yes and because I could say anything else over the phone they hung up on me when I got to the ER I was told that I could get the exam it just might be awhile before the doctor can see you so I sit in the waiting room for about an hour which is not bad at all for summa and I get called back by a RN who takes me to the bed and tells me ... read more
