I have trained with Khari for almost 10 years. He has seen me through many running injuries with his knowledge, flexibility, and patience. His studio has everything you need for a great workout. I owe a lot to Khari for keeping me on the run and introducing me to new challenges. Highly recommend!
Khari is an excellent trainer. The ways I have benefited from working with him over the past 10 years: 1. He extended my bike racing "career". I had started to decline and his help led to the best year I've ever had: six age group wins including the state championship. The emphasis on whole body fitness made all of the difference. 2.
