The rhinestone arch lamp is beautiful which is what had enticed me to buy it this summer at the international beauty show in Las Vegas. Not even a month in it fell apart which doesn't even make sense since it just sits on the desk! It got to the point that it was falling onto my clients! I reached out via insta, email, their website, and even called and they do not care to answer. They will not respond to anything. This lamp was not cheap and it's extremely upsetting that after 1 month I was no longer able to use it.
