Loved staying in Sumida gardens. The manager Christian is super helpful in all aspect. The other office employees are also very friendly and nice. The place is nice with walking trails, bbq place, pool, gym and laundry rooms. Really enjoyed staying there and would love to stay again.

We love Sumida Gardens! It’s a great place to live. The community is outstanding. It’s a family friendly environment and neighbors quickly become good friends. Management is great and very responsive. They are extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to make Sumida Gardens the most welcoming place to be from coordinating beautiful events for the residents to providing excellent customer service.

Best place to live. We have moved ten times uptill now in Michigan as well as Santa Barbara and never loved any area like this. We really liked these appartments and all the efforts put by our office management to keep this area safe and secure for our kids. Christian (community manager) is very nice and friendly and always there for us. Good thing is they are very kids friendly and Goleta Emergency is nearby. Its a short walk from “Crushcakes” too.
