Wait time was awful. Didn't even wait to see him only seen his coworker surgeon made me feel unheard with anything i said. Kept asking the same questions even after i already answered multiple times. Before leaving the room to go get the other surgeon stated they dont see how they could help me but wanted me to tell him everything i just told her and for him to also relook at me what for? What was the point of seeing her going over EVERYTHING when i have to repeat an apparently she dont see a point.
My plastic surgery consult was canceled because after waiting for THREE MONTHS St Louis University called me today and told me that Doctor Kaswan doesn’t take VA insurance.
Very personable and knowledgeable surgeon. Dr. Kaswan explained every detail in advance and made sure my concerns were addressed.
Dr. Kaswan and the team at SLU surgery were phenomenal. I had a breast reduction and am so pleased with my care. Dr. Kaswan has excellent bedside manner, very skilled surgeon, knowledgeable, and caring. I would highly reccomend him to anyone looking to get this procedure done. He took his time to explain everything to me and made sure all questions were answered.
Really hurt and trusted this physician bedside manner was fine, but doesn’t really listen to your concerns and only spends less than 5 minutes in the room with you. On May 13th I had a panniculectomy done by this doctor well first mistake I was sent home needing a blood transfusion that I never received doctor said he didn’t know my blood level numbers until after I was released, but I kept telling the staff that I could sleep because I would wake up short of breath dizzy and heart racing no one was concerned, but one woman ... read more
