If you like he concept I highly recommend you try Fusian instead. I went to Sumera yesterday hoping for a comparable eating experience and it was terrible. I ordered a noodle bowl and a sushi roll. Awful. I could have eaten a Maruchan noodle soup if I wanted crappy food and payed less. About the sushi, I have eaten a lot of sushi, and this roll was one of the worse I've had. Ingredients were not fresh and the staff seems to know little about the food they were making. Never coming back.
Have tried this twice and was completely underwhelmed to say the very least. Rolls are loose and ingredients are poor quality while charging almost as many much higher quality restaurants. Do yourself a favor and head a little farther south to Kabuki
