I used Sumer Innovations for my project in Gilbert Az. Had no probkems working thru the project. Got stamped drawings and paid the invoice. The town of Gilbert red lined and kicked the plans back. I need 2 numbers changed in there general construction notes, probaly less the 15 minutes work, It’s been over 4 days, l’ve contact them twice and i can’t even get a call back to see when they can schedule time to fix my issue. I guess once you’ve paid you are on you own, not standing behind the work they have been paid for.

Great working with a company that provided an interior designer, architect, and structural engineer all working together on my home renovation. It was easy to have clear communication with the whole team through the company's portal. Very professional and so much cheaper than other companies I tried hiring first.

I am so glad I chose Sumer Innovations they exceeded my expectations by delivering drawings on time and on budget, the communication between us during the design process was excellent, I would highly recommend Sumer , if I need an engineer again, I wouldn't look anywhere else

Sumer was great to work with! They provided me engineered plans for a patio structure and helped me throughout the permitting process. Highly recommended.
