Well, if your wanting to buy a home from a quality builder including good customer service after the sale, you may want to shop somewhere else, if a builder doesn't stand behind their home, even years later, think twice, we're having issues just after 1 month☹ bad way to treat a disabled military vet.that gave 20 years to this country, is this how you pay vets back?

Its difficult to get things fixed once you move in. We've had problems in our home and heard similar issues from neighbors. HOA doesnt do a good job of lawn maintenance.
