We were early buyers with this new builder, attracted by their promise of quality and growth. Unfortunately, from day one, our home had multiple issues—flooring, roof, windows, drywall, and more. Cosmetic fixes were done with cheap materials, and many problems remain unresolved. The warranty team is dismissive and often rude, ignoring detailed inspection reports. Repairs are slow and frequently inadequate. Still waiting on flooring corrections. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

Terrible customer warranty service. They disappeared in the middle of working on a 60-day warranty request, and completely ignored an 11-month warranty request.

They don't deserve even one star. After one year. the homes will have lots of problems. 3rd class quality construction material used. Not just my home but lots of other homes mentioned by my friends start to have major issues down the road.

All houses look same from outside, but the devil is in the detail. They build the houses with such substandard material that their houses are downright safety hazard! Their modus operandi is to entice gullible buyers by pricing their houses about 10K less than the major builders. Once the buyer is trapped in, then the hell begins. The buyer ends up wasting 5-10 K every year in repairs, because their warranty department is another joke. On top of that the houses have zero resale value because of the safety issues.
