I've have bought all of my family's bikes from Sumbaums totaling 6 current bikes and numerous others over the years. The staff knows their business and the service I receive is prompt and reasonable. Sumbaums is the perfect bike shop for all types of bikes. If you don't see what you want in stock they can get it for you. Thank you Ted, Jeff, Rob and Joe for running a quality shop that is focused on helping the customer.
Great place tons of knowledge very helpful. Got my first bike here it was a Dyno Compe. Now 20 years later still buying bikes from them. Kind of a tradition to buy a bike here then eat at Rax.
Sumbaum Cycle has always been our go to store. From buying bikes, or parts, they always have an answer for us. And so patient! I recently looked into getting a rack for my car so that I could transport my bike to different trails. Sunbaum people were so kind and knowledgable. I have a spoiler above my rear window on my Toyota, so the option of racks with withs didn't work for me. I needed a hitch, and this great staff knew where to go to get the best price.
