The only reason I am giving a 4 instead of a 5 Star is because the restaurant had a worker that was brand new (and nothing wrong with that) however, she had to keep going in the kitchen to ask someone because she was unsure. Why wasn’t there a manager or worker shadowing her and giving the proper training instead of just throwing her into it. Thats not fair to the customer or the worker. Aside from that, the room and service was great!
Sumas did make it right by giving us half off our stay. The water did not get warm enough for a shower/bath. I went to get help and turns out the entire staff leaves for the night so no assistance, even by phone call. Lastly, there was food left in the fridge from a previous guest. The restaurants food, though pricey, wasnt bad.
Was unsure based on the write up, thought it would be old and miss matched furniture, but it was actually very nicely put together and the bathtub……well I could do an independent review on it…..massive……plenty of hot water and great water pressure……totally amazing!!!!
