Needed assistance with a jump start and they where there quick to send a driver
Mr. Norbert “Bubba” and Mrs. Tiffany are amazing people. They were able to get my vehicle and me safely to the dealership after I caught a flat. I would recommend Mr. Norbert and Mrs. Tiffany if a tow is needed in the Lafayette and surrounding area.
I obtained a flat tire that ruined my the tire. Mr. Roger with D&R Towing and Recovery arrived shortly after I utilized my roadside assistance coverage. Communication on how long it would take him to arrive was spot on and he was very professional and quick with the spare replacement. Highly Recommend.
D & R Towing improperly jump started my 18 month Lexus, caused over a thousand dollars worth of damage and is denying responsibility. I have been without a vehicle for over a month. Beware of this company if you need roadside assistance.
Okay first off, I don't think we could have been more lucky on the driver that showed up to tow our vehicle. Scooby G. Is the one you want. Great character! Very friendly! Explained what he was doing & what to expect. I hope we never need him again (we are out ofstate), but if we do he is first choice! Thanks Scooby! Thanks D&R! Scooby is an asset to your company!
