We recently moved away from the DFW metroplex, and I will miss Dr. Donepudi. The best PCP I’ve ever had. I always felt heard and respected when working with him. Couldn’t recommend more.
Fourth time calling today no answer on hold for 45 minutes then disconnected from two different phones.
My wife and I have been gong to Dr. Donepudi for years. He is extremely caring, concerned, and knowledgeable.
While Dr Donipudi is great the office staff and getting an appointment is horrible . They have changed systems yet again 3rd time in the last three years. Was told by clerk and nurse that physicians are not taking any acute appointments and do not know when they will if ever . Only practitioners and PA will see acute appointments if you want to see the physicians you are looking at minimum one month . Good luck with your healthcare at that point .
