Was given Keppra due to D not showing plus in blood work. Started being really sleepy, headache, confused, weak and such. Called office on Monday expressed concern of being on two seizure meds and could this be reason of side effects. It is Wed. at 6:36 PM and still NO return call. Will be searching for a new Neurologist even if we have to travel a few miles. It is sad that the doctor couldn't review the message and respond in a timely manner. We as a family are finding this out with a lot of Ohio Health doctors.
Doctor seemed knowledgeable on my condition and was satisfied with her exam, but the staff must take lessons in which one can be the rudest to patients. No smiles, no kindness, very sarcastic when I requested a certain time for appointment. Not one time of experiencing their unkindness in this office. Due to not getting respect, I have transferred to another doctor in another town. The travel is a bit, but finding an office with kind and helpful employees is very much worth it.
