I really enjoyed Dr Ali as my Doctor. We had a whole plan and I felt as though she really cared about my well being. So, I was shocked by the fact that Dr. Ali quit and the office at Plainfield Village Medical shutdown. I understand the Healthcare system is ever-changing and things happen but I felt as though they did not care for their patients as much as I thought. I got no notice and can no longer refill my prescriptions, which I very much need. Felt abandoned by the people who were supposed to help me get healthier.
