I actually haven't been in to Sultre in a few months but am certainly jonesing for a visit , every experience in Sultre has been exceptional! Traci is the most fun, energetic and helpful fashionista I know and her boutique never disappoints! Even if she's not there I enjoy her beautiful and knowledgable sales staff and always truly feel like a princess in her merchandise!! My birthday is coming up and a Sultre dress is #1 on my list. Can't wait to try on some sick dresses!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have NEVER been treated the way I was when I walked into your boutique yesterday. The owner was super rude and acted as if she were too good to have us in her store. I asked a simple question about a boutique brand and got a snide remark. Little did you know, I was ready to drop some money on several items, but it didn't happen with you. That's unfortunate. You should take note from the store next door on customer service. They are pretty amazing.

If you want a rude and snotty experience in a store, this is the place for you. And the rudest person was the owner. The owner. Clearly customer service is not a part of your training. Instead of helping, they sat behind the desk and didn't look at us. Maybe if you were nicer and helpful, my friend and I might've actually spent money in your store. But that's ok, the store next door got our $200 purchases. Thanks so much for all your help. You guys were awesome!

Melissa I am so sorry this was your experience. I have been open for 11 years and honestly never heard that once. In fact we have ben voted best boutique in Orlando and our reputation is that we have and continue to have the absolute best customer service. Not sure how you came in without anyone noticing you at all. Very Very strange, however I am very sorry for any inconvnenice. Hopefully in the future we can make it up to you. My apologies again and please let me know if I can help.
