Absolute horrible customer service was a absolute piece of work over the phone to put it in a nice way. Instead of telling me what days they’re available for a service and what times he just kept saying no to the dates and times that I offered. I work 5am to 3/4pm Monday to Friday, it’s honestly not hard to give me other dates and other times or at least work with me to try and work it out…..
Really accomodating, I called up John with 10 minutes until they closed for a puncture repair and he said no worries come in, don’t rush!! The team there are really wonderful, genuine people! Would recommend!!
We can’t thank Sultan’s Auto Repairs enough! We were driving from southern NSW to QLD when our ute started playing up and we were pretty much stuck. Tired and stressed, we pulled into Sultan’s hoping for the best, and they absolutely came through. They squeezed us in right away, got to work, and had us back on the road much quicker than we ever expected.
