Beware of their gift certificates. My brother bought a $100 gift certificate for me in the Matawan store after they assured him I could us it in any location. Englishtown refused to take it. I spoke to the manager in Matawan and he said I would have to use it in their store because they are separate companies. I told him I couldn't believe it since they have the same web site! Still, I said how about just sending me a check for the unused certificate and he refused. He gave me the name of the Englishtown manager and suggeste... read more
I will never go here again...terrible service very rude...very long wait for my food...argued for 20 mins in store anhe was refering to our conversation as a car dealership...yelling at me..hung up on me on the phone...
