We met with Ani to go over a human rights case that was filled with the HRTO. Although she was somewhat helpful, in these types of cases, your best bet would be to reach out to The Human Rights Legal Support Centre staff for support. Their staff was able to guide us through the mediation process step by step and was present at the mediation, free of charge. We actually went against Ani's advise of not replying to the respondent and I believe that helped with the resolution.
I recommend Vanessa A, she was amazing and explained everything very thoroughly. She is a great person to talk with, listened to all my questions and helped me feel calm throughout the entire process. I recommend Sultan Lawyers!
