Can no longer recommend this company. Hopefully it was a one off because I had recommended them to others for several years. Installed my HVAC unit two years ago. It stopped working on an extremely hot day and we had someone sick in the house and couldn’t be in 80° temperature. I called them at 5:15 p.m. and was told to call back during business hours. I had a consultation appointment with Mr. Sulpizio today. I was very impressed by his professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He discussed in detail the pros and cons of the project I had in mind so I can make an educated decision.
