I find this situation completely unacceptable and disrespectful. My dental cleaning appointment was rescheduled without my knowledge or consent. At no point was I contacted to confirm or even inform me of this change. This lack of communication caused me to leave work early unnecessarily, resulting in a waste of my time. Such behavior is unprofessional and demonstrates a clear disregard for patients’ schedules. I expect better communication and respect moving forward.
